Today was much better than yesterday. I kept a food diary for most of the day and when looking back on it I can already see (and already kind of knew) that I snack way too much. I packed a lot of really healthy food today, but it was still a lot. Sometimes I was actually hungry, other times I was just bored. It's important now that I pay close attention to why I'm snacking.
No exercise for me today. I'm beyond sore from that RIPPED workout yesterday. I have workouts in store for both tomorrow and Friday.
